Contractors Segment Risk Management Construction - Senior Underwriter - Fully remote capable
Summary
Crum & Forster’s Contractors Segment is looking for a bright and energized individual with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our Risk Management Construction Department. The individual would be responsible for sourcing new business accounts as defined in the Risk Management Construction appetite as well as having a basic understanding of financial statements of prospective clients. Additionally, this individual will need to build, maintain and service a profitable book of business under direct supervision of the VP of the Risk Management Construction Department. This position will train with on the job and educational activities to build knowledge base, manage agency relationships through continued customer service and marketing activities, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve synergy between different business units.

Salary ranges are available for all positions at this location, taking into account roles with a comparable level of responsibility and impact in the relevant labor market and these salary ranges are regularly reviewed and adjusted in accordance with prevailing market conditions. The annualized base pay for the advertised position, located in the specified area, ranges from a minimum of $65,000 to a maximum of $95,300. The actual compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the market pay for the jobs at each level, the responsibilities and skills required for each job, and the employee’s contribution (performance) in that role. To be considered within market range, a salary is at or above the minimum of the range. You may also have the opportunity to participate in discretionary equity (stock) based compensation and/or performance-based variable pay programs.
