Job summary

AECOM is seeking qualified individuals for Novi, Michigan to join our underwater inspection team as an Engineer Diver - Civil IV. The role involves active participation in surface supplied diving operations on projects across the United States and detailed reporting of findings.

Ideal candidates have a BS in Engineering with 6+ years of relevant experience, a valid dive diploma/certifications, and US citizenship. Travel may be required; relocation isn’t offered.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering with 6+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency.
• ACDE Dive School Diploma or Military Diving Diploma.
• ADCI Air Diver Certification (or able to obtain with military experience).
• US citizenship is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Perform and assist surface supplied diving operations.
• Ensure the safety of all divers and equipment; participate in safety briefings and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate records of diving operations.
• Generate detailed inspection reports.
