Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience supervising underground utility construction projects.
• Experience with water, gravity sewer, sewer force main, and storm drainage systems.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, survey layouts, grades, and drawings.
• Thorough understanding of underground utility installation methods, trench protection, and sequencing.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate field operations for underground utility projects (water, sewer, force main, storm drainage).
• Supervise Foremen, crews, subcontractors, and equipment operators to ensure safe, efficient work per plans.
• Plan daily activities, manpower, equipment, and materials to maintain schedules.
• Review drawings, specs, and contracts to ensure compliance across all phases.
• Monitor progress and resolve issues impacting safety, quality, schedule, or budget.
