Job summary

Frank Gay Commercial Services is seeking a seasoned Commercial Underground Plumbing Technician in Central Florida with opportunities in Melbourne, Daytona Beach and beyond. Competitive weekly pay and a sign-on bonus incentive are offered, plus comprehensive benefits and ongoing training.

Responsibilities include inspecting, repairing and maintaining underground plumbing systems, vent and drainage systems, and lift-station pumps on new commercial builds and existing sites.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of underground service plumbing experience
• Knowledge of underground piping systems, storm drains, water mains
• Experience with mechanical fittings (MJ)
• New commercial build-out experience
• Above-ground rough-in and finishing experience
• CLD licensing to operate an excavator
• Clean driving record and license
• Ability to pass drug screen, MVR, and background check
• Good communication and listening skills
• Physical dexterity

Responsibilities

• Inspect, install, repair and maintain underground plumbing systems (storm water mains, pumps, underground water and sewer lines) to codes
• Inspect and repair vents, storm drainage and special piping systems
• Install, repair and maintain pumps for lift stations
