AMC Consultants (AMC), now part of AFRY, seeks a Senior Mining Engineer to join its Underground teams in North America. You will deliver engineering assignments under the guidance of a Project Manager, manage risk, and promote AMC’s services to clients.

You will leverage your extensive experience in underground design, scheduling, and life-of-mine planning to drive high-quality outcomes and support business development across diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering is required.
• 10+ years of specialized experience demonstrated expertise.
• Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical engineering assignments for mine projects.
• Manage risk exposure and maintain client relationships.
• Lead and mentor junior staff and collaborate across teams.
