This role assists the manager with clinical oversight, patient care coordination, and ultrasound duties across echocardiography, vascular, and Doppler exams, while mentoring junior staff. The ideal candidate holds ARDMS certification, an associate degree in diagnostic imaging or sonography, and 5–7 years of ultrasound experience; leadership exposure

Qualifications

• Certified Sonographer - ARDMS required.
• Associate's Degree in Diagnostic Imaging or Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
• Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences preferred.
• Ultrasound experience with multiple patient populations.
• Leadership experience 0-1 year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with operational oversight, quality improvement, operational flow, performance measurement, and implementation of new practices.
• Assist in providing guidance to staff, staff scheduling, triage duties, and is a resource to staff.
• Oversees the coordination of clinical activities for students to ensure they are meeting core curriculum requirements.
• Demonstrates positive customer service focus by delivering exemplary personal patient contact while executing advanced ultrasound clinical duties.
• Acts as a liaison between clinical staff, managers, and Radiologists.
