Job summary

Providence Swedish Medical Center in Bellevue, WA, is seeking a skilled sonographer to perform OB/GYN, abdominal, and small-parts imaging. You will assist radiologists during invasive procedures, ensuring safety and patient comfort, and conduct diverse Doppler studies, including liver and transplant evaluations.

Qualified candidates will have ultrasound training, ARDMS/ARRT eligibility, and at least 2 years of experience, plus BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Coursework/Training and successful completion of an ultrasound training program.
• Eligibility to take ARDMS registry examination.
• Arterial/venous and obstetric imaging experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform OB/GYN, abdominal, and small-parts sonography.
• Assist radiologists during invasive procedures with patient comfort and safety.
• Conduct Doppler studies including liver evaluations and transplant patients.
• Perform Nuchal Translucency and neonatal cranial exams.
• Maintain eligibility for Senior Sonographer status with additional certifications.
• Assess patient conditions using referent information and medical records.
