Machine Learning Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced RPA Architect/Developer to lead UiPath-based automation initiatives in Philadelphia. You will design, develop, test, deploy, and support end-to-end automation solutions across business processes.

The role requires hands-on UiPath Studio and Orchestrator, collaboration with Business Analysts, and leadership of onshore and offshore teams in an Agile environment.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of RPA development experience with UiPath.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support end-to-end automation.
• Hands-on UiPath Studio and Orchestrator for bot lifecycle.
• Create PDD and SDD documents.
• Assess processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with BAs and stakeholders to define requirements.
• Lead RPA projects and manage teams in Agile.
• Healthcare domain experience preferred.
• Debugging, troubleshooting, code reviews, and performance optimization.
• Production bot support; issue resolution in UAT and post-production.
• Risk management, stakeholder communication, and delivery.
• Knowledge transfer and cross-team support.
• Onshore and offshore team management for timely delivery.
