Job summary

XAXIS Solutions Inc. is seeking a Lead/ SME/ Sr. Developer for an Automation Lead role, preferred in the Philadelphia, PA area with on-site and limited hybrid onsite presence.

The candidate will guide RPA initiatives, leveraging UiPath product suites to design, develop and support automation across insurance processes. The role requires hands-on RPA delivery, production support, client-facing leadership, and mentoring of junior developers.

Qualifications

• Senior automation lead with advisory experience to executives.
• Strong RPA background with UiPath product suite.
• Insurance process analysis expertise a plus.
• Experience managing production operations onsite/onshore.
• Ability to design scalable RPA architectures and feasible options.

Responsibilities

• Act as Automation Lead in advisory role to senior management.
• Manage RPA production operations during onsite hours and resolve bot issues.
• Analyze problems and propose technically sound solutions.
• Design RPA project solutions with best-practice approaches.
• Conduct feasibility analyses for RPA projects independently.
• Lead technical meetings with client stakeholders.
• Design, develop and deploy end-to-end RPA projects.
• Mentor junior developers and drive coding best practices.
• Review SDLC work products and documentation.
• Coordinate with offshore delivery teams for hand-offs.

Job description

Introduce this is Lead/ SME/ Sr. Developer Kind of role with expected skills to get resource within rate. Priority location is Philadelphia, PA. 1 or 2 days work from Philadelphia, PA office in a week is mandate.

Mandatory Hands-on Skills:

• RPA (Robotic Process Automation) using UiPath 2026, Orchestrator, Robot, Studio, UiPath Re-framework, UiPath Insights, Document Understanding, UiPath AI offerings
• SAP, Salesforce, Legacy Thick Client APPs, Outlook, Excel, Macros, PDF, DB, OCR, CV, Web, API driven Automations.
• Net Core, .Net Framework: 4.5+, VB.Net/C#
• SOA, SOAP/REST services

Domain Knowledge:

Strong experience and know-how in the Insurance Business Process Analysis

Responsibilities:

• Should be able to act as an Automation Lead in an advisory role to senior management with knowledge of latest UiPath Product, RPA AI offerings and Insurance Processes Analysis.
• Should be able to manage RPA production operations during Onsite hours and resolve RPA BOTs and Processes related technical issues
• Analytical bent of mind for analyzing and proposing technically correct Solutions.
• Should be able to design the RPA Projects solution with best possible approach.
• Should be able to do feasibility analysis of RPA Project independently.
• Should be able to drive technical meetings with client stakeholders independently.
• Independently able to design, develop and deploy end-to-end RPA project.
• Lead junior developers to drive:
• Adoption of best practices around coding, design, quality, performance
• Understand technical issues and collaborate with technical team for issue resolution.
• Technically review and guide the junior developer on their technical work products.
• Able to produce design documents and review SDLC work products and documentation.
• Strong experience of working as an Automation Lead with offshore delivery teams and hand-offs
