Job summary

Embedded Shishya is seeking a hands-on Senior Automation & AI Systems Developer to build, scale, and maintain enterprise automations across our client base in the United States. You’ll own end-to-end development for production-grade bots on a mature estate, while expanding into AI-assisted automation patterns using UiPath, Power Platform, Anthropic Claude, and REST APIs.

• 3+ years of hands-on UiPath RPA development required.
• Proven production-grade automations with robust exception handling.
• SQL experience for data manipulation in automated pipelines.
• Active UiPath certification required.
• Experience delivering in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy production-grade UiPath automations.
• Build multi-system bot architectures with robust error handling.
• Integrate AI capabilities using Claude and LLM prompts.
• Develop Power Platform back-end integrations with UiPath engines.
