Our client, a technology company, is seeking a Senior UI Designer to join their team 40 hours per week for 3 months with potential to extend. This role is fully remote.

In this role the Senior UI Designer will resolve a wide range of complex visual design challenges creatively and independently. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping visual designs that align with business strategy and contribute to the overall vision of the company.

Responsibilities

• Create high-fidelity prototypes and animations to communicate complex interactions
• Collaborate with marketing managers and other stakeholders to align visual design with business goals
• Contribute to the establishment of UI design standards and guidelines
• Shape visual direction of brand identity of products and influence overall strategy through design insights and user-centered thinking
• Foster collaboration between design, development, and product management teams
  
  

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in UI / Visual Design with a good understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• In-depth knowledge of design systems creation and management
• Familiarity with WCAG principles, accessibility standards, and inclusive design practices
• Capable of resolving complex visual design challenges in creative ways
• Ability to partner with stakeholders to make design recommendations
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
