Job summary

Titan Technologies LLC is seeking a Senior UI/UX Frontend Software Developer to support federal programs, ideally within DoD or the Intelligence Community. The role centers on translating user needs into intuitive, responsive web apps and collaborating across product, design, and engineering teams to optimize usability and performance.

Qualifications

• Active or recent DoD Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain a CI Poly.
• 9+ years of professional UI/UX and frontend development experience.
• Hands-on frontend development experience with Vue.js; other modern frameworks ok (Angular/React).
• Strong UI/UX design-to-development experience with a portfolio.
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement responsive web pages and applications for legacy and modernized systems.
• Collaborate with product management, designers, and engineering to define and implement UI/UX solutions.
• Execute visual design stages from concept to hand-off with engineering.
• Conceptualize ideas that simplify complex workflows and enhance user experience.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to communicate design concepts.
• Present designs to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
• Conduct user research and iterate design improvements.
• Establish and promote design guidelines and UI/UX standards.
• Analyze user needs and develop or customize software solutions to optimize efficiency.
• Collaborate on database design within an application area as needed.
