Job summary

Concept Plus is seeking a Senior UI/UX Developer for an exciting new contract. This onsite role in Reston, VA will own the user experience for Phoenix applications and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive interfaces and customer-ready mockups.

You will translate complex workflows into clear information architectures, dashboards, and visuals while working within an Agile framework to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance with CI or Full Scope Polygraph is required.
• 8+ years in UI/UX design, front-end development, or related fields.
• Experience leading enterprise UI design from discovery to implementation.
• Experience creating wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Ability to translate workflows into information architectures and dashboards.
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews.
• Experience integrating front-end with REST APIs and auth services.
• Agile experience and ability to communicate to technical/non-technical audiences.
• 8+ years of relevant work; Bachelor's or Master’s in related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the user experience for Phoenix applications and design intuitive interfaces.
• Collaborate with Application, Data, Cloud, and Security engineers on a cloud-native platform.
• Present design decisions, gather feedback, and drive design iterations.
