Job summary

Avive Solutions, Inc. seeks a Senior UI/UX Designer to shape web, mobile, and IoT-device software from early design through production releases. You will partner with product and engineering to deliver intuitive experiences for SaaS and Enterprise customers.

Lead UX processes, translate flows into product faces, and advance the design system while ensuring accessibility and cutting-edge SaaS practices.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Design or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Experience designing SaaS or cloud software products.
• Proficient with Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, Zeplin, Jira, and Confluence.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX process from discovery through final implementation.
• Translate complex customer workflows into intuitive product experiences.
• Advocate for user-centered design across the organization.
• Collaborate with product management on early-stage research and ideation.
• Work with engineering to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Develop and maintain the design system for consistency and accessibility.
• Stay current with design trends and SaaS best practices.
