Job summary

Boeing Intelligence & Analytics seeks a Senior UI/UX Designer to craft workflow-driven designs for a suite of large-scale data applications in a collaborative environment. You will translate complex business requirements into end-to-end user experiences, collaborating with product owners, stakeholders, and developers to minimize gaps and guide implementation.

Hybrid work with 2–3 days onsite in Annapolis Junction, MD; Washington, DC; or Reston, VA; security requirements include TS/SCI with CI

Qualifications

18 years of UI/UX Design or related field experience.
Bachelor’s degree may be substituted for 4 years of experience; Master’s for 6 years.
TS/SCI with active CI Polygraph.
Experience documenting user workflows and translating them into wireframes and final UI designs.
Ability to design complete, interconnected experiences, including administrative functionality and end-user workflows.
Comfortable working from low-fidelity concepts through high-fidelity, stakeholder-approved designs.
Experience designing complex, workflow-driven enterprise applications.
Proficient in Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop on NIPR.

Responsibilities

Document how the application works and maintain consistency in final designs.
Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and developers to minimize implementation gaps.
