ClearlyAgile is seeking a mid-to-senior UI/UX Designer in the Tampa Bay area. This hybrid role blends design with HTML5/CSS3/Angular, aiming to create cohesive, developer-friendly interfaces within a fast-growing Agile consultancy.

The position emphasizes ownership of modern UI trends, a strong portfolio, and collaboration across client projects. Expect consultancy perks and a dynamic, learning-oriented culture. Remote-friendly with occasional in-office visits near Tampa.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience.
• A portfolio that demonstrates a range and depth of skill designing software experiences.
• HTML5 and CSS3 skills with the ability to translate designs to developers.
• Experience with Angular front-end modification to bridge design-dev gap.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivering the best online user experience.
• Creating wireframes and prototypes.
• Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
• Research, discovery, and usability testing.
• Designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets.
• Modifying existing Angular apps.
• Providing recommendations and evaluations for new designs and architecture.
• Staying current on new technologies and best practices.
• Learning new technologies as needed.
