Job summary

TRIAEM, LLC is looking for an Expert UI/UX Designer to shape high-impact digital products from early discovery through prototyping, testing, and implementation support, finishing with polished final UI refinement.

This role focuses on converting complex requirements into intuitive, engaging user experiences while partnering closely with engineers and stakeholders to strengthen design system quality. Onsite in Springfield, OR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of UX/UI experience required.
• 5+ years of end-to-end UI/UX design experience.
• Strong user research methodologies and prototyping know-how.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience collaborating with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth user research and usability testing.
• Translate findings into personas and design requirements.
• Create user flows, storyboards, wireframes and sitemaps.
• Produce high-fidelity mockups for UI components.
• Build interactive prototypes to support testing and iteration.
• Refine designs based on feedback to improve quality.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Support design feasibility with engineering teams.
• Contribute to design systems development and maintenance.
• Perform final UI reviews to ensure quality and specs alignment.
• Partner with communications to maintain design consistency.
