Remote Office is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer with strong Bubble experience to support an urgent product redesign in a fully remote capacity.

You will work within existing design systems, create scalable UI/UX, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote setup.

This contract role runs for 2 months with a work schedule aligned to 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM AEST and remote location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of product design experience.
• Proven Bubble application design experience.
• Strong Figma and Adobe XD proficiency.
• Solid UI/UX principles and design systems knowledge.
• Experience with design libraries and reusable components.
• Able to work remotely with clear communication.
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code ecosystems is a plus.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will quickly understand the existing product, work within established design systems, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a remote setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Quickly onboard and understand the existing Bubble-based product
• Redesign and enhance existing features to improve usability and user experience
• Translate product concepts into clean, scalable UI/UX designs
• Work within an established design library and componentsystem
• Ensure strong adherence to layout structure, spacing, and design boundaries
• Collaborate with stakeholders using project management tools
• Participate in design discussions, reviews, and remote meetings
• Maintain clear documentation and design updates

Requirements Must-Have Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product design
• Proven experience designing Bubble applications
• Strongproficiencyin Figma and Adobe XD
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, layouts, and design systems
• Experience working with design libraries and reusable components
• Ability to quickly understand product requirements and existing workflows
• Comfortable working in a remote environment
• Strong communicationand collaboration skills

Good-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with no-code/low-code ecosystems beyond Bubbleapplication
• Understanding of basic product management workflows
• Experience documenting design decisions and meeting outcomes
