Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• 10+ years delivering technology solutions with 8+ years of web development experience.
• Advanced proficiency in React, JavaScript, and TypeScript for production web apps.
• 8+ years HTML5 and CSS with strong modern web standards.
• Experience with UI testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Selenium).
• Experience consuming RESTful services and building client-side integrations.
• Familiarity with build pipelines and automation tooling (e.g., Jenkins).
• Awareness of enterprise AI capabilities and secure coding practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across the team by coordinating engineers and driving execution in an agile environment.
• Design, build, and maintain responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Establish and uphold engineering best practices across the SDLC, including testing and release readiness.
• Engineer and optimize SPAs with focus on performance and scalable front-end architecture.
• Implement comprehensive testing strategies from unit to end-to-end tests.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Improve development workflows with tooling, processes, and build pipelines (e.g., Jenkins).
• Align solutions with architecture standards and security expectations.
• Leverage enterprise AI coding assist tools to improve code quality and speed, with peer review and secure coding.
• Apply SDLC toolchain knowledge to enhance automation value.
