Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
• Frontend development 70% - 80% (remainder backend development).
• Strong programming experience in HTML, CSS, TypeScript, JS, Python, or Golang.
• Proven expertise in software architecture and system design for complex products/systems.
• Experience designing and integrating software systems across multiple platforms.
• Solid understanding of web application development.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL.
• Experience in software testing methodologies, including test planning, debugging, and automation tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple project teams across all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Drive end-to-end architecture and development of complex software systems and platforms.
• Build and manage relationships with internal and external development partners.
• Review and evaluate system designs for engineering standards and best practices.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve product quality and reduce risk.
• Serve as a technical leader across cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Drive innovation by integrating new technologies into software systems and processes.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and team members.
