Job summary

Captivation is seeking a Senior UI Developer to design, develop, release, and support user interfaces for an enterprise workflow platform using Angular 20 and Pega Constellation UI components. You will translate requirements into high-quality, performant interfaces and collaborate across engineering teams.

Join the UEE team to contribute to UX analysis and prototyping to maximize usability, accessibility, and end-user satisfaction. U.S. citizenship with TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 8+ years as a Software Engineer in software development/engineering.
• 5+ years in a User Interface Developer role for a software team.
• Security clearance: Top Secret/SCI with favorable polygraph; US citizen.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with systems and software engineers to design, develop, release, and support enterprise UI features.
• Translate customer requirements into functional, performant user interfaces.
• Participate in UX analysis, design, and prototyping to maximize usability.
