Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in digital product or visual design with a focus on UI.
• 5+ years of agency experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating results-driven, detailed, and beautiful design across web and digital platforms.
• Experience evolving brand guidelines and design systems.
• Strong interactive design skills and component-driven methodologies.
• Expertise with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud is required.
• Comfort with rapid prototyping and motion graphics.

Responsibilities

• Create, document, and evolve scalable design systems for web and automotive platforms.
• Develop thoughtful digital experiences balancing user needs, business goals, and brand expression.
• Collaborate with UX, Copy, Product, and Engineering to deliver end-to-end experiences.
• Translate complex requirements into elegant, scalable design solutions.
• Map and design user journeys across omnichannel touchpoints including web, mobile, and retail.
• Prototype ideas to explore interactions and flows.
• Advocate for accessibility standards and UI best practices.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design processes.
• Integrate AI-powered tools and workflows into the creative process.
