Job summary

General Atomics Systems Integration, LLC seeks a Mid-Level UAV Pilot/Instructor to coordinate ground and flight operations, plan missions, briefings and debriefings. You will serve as Instructor/Operator for assigned UAVs and ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures.

Travel within CONUS and OCONUS is required; candidates must have a four-year technical degree or equivalent, 600+ hours in OSGCS/UGCS (200 PIC) and FAA Class II medical. U.S.

Qualifications

• Educational or military UAV/aviation experience required (4-year tech degree or trade equiv).
• At least 600 hours in OSGCS/UGCS with 200 PIC hours.
• Must understand UAV and FAA principles.
• Willingness to travel CONUS and OCONUS; FAA Class II medical.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ground and flight operations including mission planning, execution and briefing.
• Serve as Instructor/Operator for assigned UAVs.
• Conduct demonstrations and tests of UAVs.
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures.
