Job summary

CTG is seeking a Quality Engineering Test Manager / UAT Lead in Piscataway, NJ for a 12-month engagement. You will lead end-to-end testing, develop strategies and acceptance criteria, and coordinate cross-functional testing teams with stakeholders and developers.

The role requires strong experience in test planning, defect management, SDLC/STLC, and familiarity with JIRA, ALM/Quality Center, and Azure DevOps. A BS in a related field is preferred, and excellent English communication is essential.

Qualifications

Strong experience managing end-to-end software testing and UAT.
Experience leading test programs and coordinating cross-functional testing teams.
Experience developing test strategies, plans, cases, execution schedules, and acceptance criteria.
Strong defect management and stakeholder communication experience.
Experience managing testing delivery, risks, quality, scope, and schedules.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end testing and UAT activities across the project lifecycle.
Develop test strategies, test plans, test cases, schedules, and acceptance criteria.
Manage test execution, defect triage, prioritization, tracking, and resolution.
Coordinate testing across business users, QA/testing teams, developers, project managers, and senior stakeholders.
Manage testing scope, quality, schedule, risks, and delivery outcomes.
Ensure testing aligns with project requirements, business objectives, and client expectations.
