Job summary

CTG is seeking a Quality Engineering Test Manager / UAT Lead for a 12-month engagement in Piscataway, NJ. You will lead end-to-end testing, develop plans, and coordinate cross-functional teams across the lifecycle.

The role requires strong experience in test strategies, execution, defect triage, and stakeholder communication, with knowledge of SDLC/STLC, Agile/Waterfall, and common tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading end-to-end software testing and UAT.
• Strong defect management and stakeholder communication experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing and UAT activities across the project lifecycle.
• Develop test strategies, plans, cases, schedules, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage test execution, defect triage, prioritization, tracking, and resolution.
• Coordinate testing across business users, QA teams, developers, PMs, and stakeholders.
• Manage testing scope, quality, schedule, risks, and delivery outcomes.
• Ensure testing aligns with requirements and client expectations.
