Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience operating UAS commercially, preferably in infrastructure inspection.
• Valid FAA Remote Pilot Certificate (Part 107) or equivalent.
• Experience with complex mission planning and data processing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead mission planning for complex inspection operations and risk assessments.
• Pilot advanced UAS platforms with various payloads for electrical infrastructure.
• Oversee pre-flight inspections, data capture, and post-flight processing.
• Collaborate with engineers to prioritize maintenance and asset management.
• Train, mentor, and certify junior pilots and maintain SOPs.
