Job summary

WingXpand is seeking experienced pilots and trainers to deliver autonomous systems to the U.S. military and defense community.

This hands-on role involves flight operations, demonstrations, operator training, and preparing training materials for customer engagements on real-world missions. You will be the face of WingXpand during customer interactions, ensure mission success, and work with customers to build confidence while providing feedback to improve products.

Qualifications

• 2 to 10+ years of experience operating unmanned aircraft or military aviation systems.
• Experience instructing or training operators in technical systems.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the United States.
• Active U.S. security clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Conduct flight operations for WingXpand autonomous aircraft during demonstrations, testing, training, and customer events.
• Train military, government, and commercial operators on WingXpand systems and mission planning.
• Develop and deliver classroom, simulator, and hands-on flight training.
• Represent WingXpand during military demonstrations, conferences, and customer engagements.
• Travel regularly to customer sites, military installations, and training events.
