Job summary

Redwire is seeking a highly organized UAS Logistics Coordinator III to support the operational readiness, lifecycle management, and logistical coordination of Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS) and related support equipment.

This role acts as a bridge between flight operations, maintenance, logistics, and compliance to keep UAS assets mission-ready and fully accountable throughout their lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in UAS operations, aviation logistics, maintenance coordination, or asset management.
• Working knowledge of UAS platforms, payloads, batteries, and ground control systems.
• Experience with inventory control, asset management, or maintenance tracking systems.
• Familiarity with FAA regulations and aviation safety principles.
• Hands-on maintenance/tools experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain real-time records for UAS platforms, payloads, batteries, ground control stations, and spare parts.
• Manage asset lifecycle from acquisition to retirement and disposal.
• Conduct inventory audits, reporting, procurement, and shipping/receiving.
• Coordinate deployment logistics and vendor repairs, including RMAs.
• Support preventive maintenance, configuration management, and readiness tracking.
• Assist with FAA Part 107 compliance and safety programs.
