Job summary

Five Guys Roofing in the Phoenix area is seeking a senior full-stack developer to own end-to-end projects in a remote-friendly role. You will work with TypeScript, Node.js (AdonisJS), Svelte/SvelteKit, PostgreSQL, Tailwind CSS, and Rust, collaborating with teammates and stakeholders to deliver robust software.

The role requires 6+ years of experience, strong communication, and a bias for action. Local presence for occasional in-person gatherings is expected in Gilbert/Mesa, with a salary range

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong front-end and back-end proficiency.
• Proven ability to own projects from idea to deployment.
• Experience with AI tooling as a multiplier.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to learn and grow; college degree not required.
• Bonus: roofing industry or marketing tech/CRM integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications across the stack.
