HireHi приглашает инженера TypeScript для ведения технической реализации продукта и перевода целей в рабочие фичи. В команду входит сотрудничество с лид-архитектором, исследование вариантов и обеспечение качественной доставки.

Ключевые задачи: развитие защит приложений на JavaScript/TypeScript, анализ производительности и совместимости, участие в UI на React/Electron при необходимости и поддержка CI/CD. Гибкий график, возможность удаленной или офисной работы.

Qualifications

• Не менее 3 лет hands-on опыта разработки на TypeScript и умение самостоятельно доводить техническую доставку до результата
• Глубокое понимание поведения JavaScript/TypeScript, сборочной экосистемы и инструментов (Webpack/Vite)
• Умение работать в условиях неполных требований, исследовать варианты и достигать согласования по принятию архитектурных решений
• Критическое мышление, понятная техническая коммуникация и задавать полезные уточняющие вопросы
• Способность анализировать чужой код, выявлять дефекты и риски и проверять AI‑сгенерированные решения
• Готовность к сотрудничеству с европейской командой и участие в синхронном/асинхронном общении

Responsibilities

• Владение технической реализацией продукта, перевод целей в исследованные варианты и рабочие фичи
• Разработка保护 приложений на JavaScript/TypeScript в рамках фреймворков и билд-систем
• Изучение поведения браузера и подходов к защите, включая инструменты разработчика и контроль окружения
• Оценка совместимости, производительности и trade-offs
• При необходимости участие в UI на React/Electron в первые месяцы
• Проведение коротких исследовательских спайков (1–3 дня) с анализом и рекомендациями
• Использование Claude Code для ускорения реализации и проверка поведения полученного кода
• Коммуникация прогресса и блокеров через Slack, публикация графика и уведомление об отсутствии
• Участие в смежной работе CI/CD, фронтенде или C++ пакетов по мере надобности

• Own the product's technical development, translating high-level goals into researched implementation options and working features
• Develop application-protection capabilities across JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks and build environments
• Investigate browser runtime behavior and protection approaches, including developer-tools inspection and environment-access controls
• evaluate compatibility, performance, and protection trade-offs
• Potentially contribute to a React/Electron application UI during the initial months
• Run short research spikes, typically one to three days as agreed during refinement, and present options, findings, risks, and recommendations to the lead architect and team
• Use Claude Code to accelerate implementation, review generated code, and validate behavior rather than treating AI responses as verified technical conclusions
• Communicate progress and blockers through Slack, publish a working schedule, remain reliably reachable during it, and communicate planned absences
• Contribute to adjacent CI/CD, front-end, or C++ package work when needed, using research, AI assistance, and collaboration

• At least 3 years of hands‑on TypeScript engineering experience and the ability to own technical delivery independently; experience length alone does not establish readiness for sole‑engineer product ownership
• Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript behavior, browser execution, and the build ecosystem, including tools such as Webpack or Vite; experience with every framework or tool is not required
• Product‑engineering mindset: make progress from incomplete requirements, investigate unknowns, compare options, and seek alignment on consequential decisions rather than waiting for fully specified tickets
• Critical thinking, clear technical communication, and the ability to ask useful follow‑up questions of teammates and AI agents
• Ability to review unfamiliar code, identify defects and potential vulnerabilities, explain trade‑offs, and verify AI‑assisted implementations
• Availability for European team overlap and agreed scrum meetings, with dependable asynchronous communication during the declared working schedule
• Upper‑intermediate English
• Nice to have: React and Electron experience for desktop application interfaces, Node.js experience, familiarity with Angular, Vue, or Rollup, experience with obfuscation, runtime protection, browser internals, or developer tools integrated into build workflows, experience integrating native C++ packages or maintaining CI/CD workflows
