Job summary

KBR is seeking a Senior Technology Security and Foreign Disclosure (TSFD) Specialist to provide expert support to the Department of the Army's DASA DE&C. The role focuses on technology security, foreign disclosure, and export control across international activities, with staffing of transfer requests and compliance oversight.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of ITAR/EAR, a SECRET clearance with Top Secret/SCI eligibility, and a proven track record in policy development and leadership

Qualifications

• Requires SECURITY CLEARANCE: Must possess and maintain a SECRET Clearance with eligibility for a Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; STEM preferred. Master's degree considered in lieu of 2 years of general experience.
• 5+ years of direct experience in Technology Security, Foreign Disclosure, or U.S. export control (ITAR/EAR).
• Experience developing policy or presenting recommendations to senior leadership (O-6/GS-15 level or equivalent).
• Knowledge of U.S. export control policies and TSFD processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level Tech Security and Foreign Disclosure support for international disclosures and technology transfer actions.
• Review and process ITAR/EAR controls, Data Exchange Agreements, Technical Assistance Agreements, and Manufacturing License Agreements.
• Collaborate with Army Program Executive Offices, DoW agencies, and interagency partners to coordinate security cooperation.
• Lead projects, manage prioritization, and mentor junior staff.
• Assess Army acquisition programs for security measures and compliance with DoD and Army directives.
