Job summary

Prescient Edge seeks a seasoned TSCM Agent to support training development and instruction at Fort Meade, MD. The role emphasizes safeguarding sensitive information, curriculum delivery, and evaluation of student progress within TIC and CI operations.

The candidate will monitor materials, coordinate with SMEs, and provide updates to leadership on training activities, ensuring alignment with DoD methodologies and security requirements. A TS/SCI CI Poly clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a TSCM Agent.
• Must have completed a service TSCM training program.
• Must have completed a service-related instructor training program or have 2 years instructor experience.
• High School Diploma- 20 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Security clearance TS/SCI with CI POLY or the ability to obtain CI POLY.

Responsibilities

• Shall support the development and implementation of curriculum activities that promote the training development of each TSCM student.
• Support annual reviews of TTIs for TCIS training.
• Assist in the evaluation of student progress in the instructional program.
• Support the management of materials, supplies and equipment for the TSCM mission.
• Provide updates to senior staff on training activities, personnel training/certification, equipment, fiscal and logistical aspects.
• Instruct courses in assigned area(s).
• Monitor, evaluate and assist other instructors.
• Research and liaise with SMEs to mirror current techniques, tactics, and procedures.

• Salary range: $110,000 - $164,000. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and the abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data. Descriptions:
• Shall support the development and implementation of curriculum activities that promote the training development of each TSCM student; support annual reviews of TTIs for TCIS training; assist in the evaluation of student progress in the instructional program by means that include maintain up-to-date student data; support the management of materials, supplies and equipment, which are necessary to carry out the TSCM mission; support the accountability, serviceability and security of sensitive items of equipment, provide updates to the Senior Instructor, Course Manager and TSCM Director on training activities, personnel training/certification processes, equipment, fiscal, personnel and logistical aspects and requirements of training; instruct courses in assigned area(s); monitor, evaluate, and assist other instructors; conduct necessary research, observation, and liaison with TCI SMEs to ensure the course curriculum mirrors current techniques, tactics, and procedures used by operational elements in the field.
• Shall Identify, monitor, and assess foreign intelligence efforts attempting collection of sensitive national security information on U.S. persons, activities and interests, including threats posed by emerging technologies to U.S. operations and interests.
• Applies understanding of foreign intelligence capabilities / activities and U.S. and foreign partner CI capabilities and TTPs for in-depth analytic research and production of all-source CI studies and contributes to developing CI strategies.
• Conducts, develops, produces, and presents programs of instruction in specified collection operations TTPs, and related or supporting processes, relevant to the various human intelligence and technical intelligence operations under DoD authorities.
• Graduate of in-residence Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis course or Military Service equivalent. Job Requirements Required Experience:
