Job summary

Obsidian Solutions Group LLC is seeking a TSCM Inspector to ensure facilities are free of clandestine devices using specialized countermeasures and advanced equipment. The role supports mission scoping, logistics, and reporting, and advises senior leadership on detection capabilities.

The candidate must hold an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and have at least three years of TSCM experience, plus Interagency Training Center certification.

Qualifications

• Current U.S. Government final Top Secret clearance with SCI access.
• Minimum of three years' experience in TSCM.
• Interagency Training Center certification required.
• Knowledge of ICD 702/705 and IC standards.
• Ability to manage data lifecycle and work with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assists in determining the scope for each TSCM mission using current threat information.
• Supports equipment logistics and verifies operational status.
• Recommends new detection equipment based on field experience and knowledge.
• Executes security tasks per ICD 702 and State Department policies.
• Provides recommendations to senior leadership and monitors program milestones.
• Prepares written reports detailing inspection findings and recommendations.
• Maintains proficiency across TSCM inspection areas and related security issues.
• Manages data lifecycle—collection, management, analysis, reporting, secure disposition.
