Job summary

Watermark Risk Management International, LLC invites applications for an Activity Security Representative I to provide multi-disciplined security support for a customer facility, handling clearance materials, data transfers, and access control procedures. This role emphasizes adherence to security SOPs, documentation control, and safeguarding sensitive information.

Ideal candidates will have Top Secret with SCI eligibility, related experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility required.
• DoD SAPNP training completion if performing personnel security functions.
• Experience with document control and security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-disciplined security support to customer facility and organization.
• Maintain document accountability databases and associated correspondence.
• Process inbound/outbound classified mail and receipt records.
• Destruction of classified materials and handling of magnetic media.
• Maintain logs for administrative functions; assist with file maintenance and data transfers.
• Escort visitors and manage access control badges; support security awareness programs.
