General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking an Activity Security Representative (ASR) III in Bedford, MA to support classification management and access control across sensitive materials.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance, ability to obtain TS/SCI with CI poly, and at least five years of related experience, including SAP exposure. You will manage document accountability, process classified mail, maintain access control systems, and collaborate with government personnel to ensure

Qualifications

• 5+ years related experience.
• 2+ years SAP experience required.
• SFPC certification counts towards experience.
• SPSC certification counts towards experience.
• Current TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain TS/SCI with CI poly.

Responsibilities

• Classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence.
• Maintain a document accountability database and associated correspondence.
• Process inbound and outbound classified mail and receipt records.
• Perform destruction of classified materials.
• Process magnetic media for accountability.
• Reproduction support for classified materials.
• Maintain daily logs for administrative document control.
• Assist in processing inbound/outbound data transfer files.
• Transfer electronic data files to internal customers.
• Maintain customer database contact listings.
• Assist with inbound/outbound visit notices.
• Escort facility visitors and logs.
• Prepare facility access control badges.
• Conduct entry/exit inspections.
• Maintain access control entry systems and visitor control.
• Data entry to the Personnel Access Security System and billets/ quota information.
• Maintain personnel security files for supported personnel.
• Follow customer SOPs and support security awareness programs.
• Travel as needed within AOR.
