Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking an Activity Security Representative (ASR) III to provide multi-disciplined security support for a customer’s facility and organization.

The role focuses on classified materials, SCI/SAP activities, and daily security operations to ensure ongoing protection and compliance. The ASR III performs reviews, data handling, access control, and program support tasks, including indoctrinations and security awareness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience
• US Citizenship Required
• 2+ years SAP experience required
• Bachelor’s degree counts as four years of experience
• Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) counts towards years of experience
• Special Program Security Certification (SPSC) counts towards 1 year of experience

Responsibilities

• Classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence
• Maintain document accountability database and associated correspondence
• Process inbound and outbound classified mail and receipt records
• Destruction of classified materials
• Process magnetic media for accountability
• Reproduction support for classified materials
• Maintain daily logs for document control
• Assist with inbound/outbound data transfer files
• Transfer electronic data files to internal customers
• Maintain a customer database contact listing
• Assist with inbound/outbound visit notices
• Escort facility visitors and logs
• Prepare facility access control badges
• Conduct entry and exit inspections
• Maintain facility access control systems and visitor control
• Data entry to Personnel Access Security System and custody of billets
• Maintain personnel security files
• Follow customer SOPs
• Support security awareness programs
• Review/track security clearance processing with government personnel
• Participate in SAP security inspections
• Implement Top Secret Control for accountable material
• Prepare inbound/outbound classified mail
• Prepare/Review PARs for access eligibility
• Execute NOM questionnaires for SAP
• Conduct DCII/JPAS/SAPNP reviews for SAP access
• Data entry in AFADS and maintain access information
• Perform indoctrinations
• Provide leadership and QA for Team Members
