Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Tier 3 Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst to join our DHS NOSC support team. You will monitor, analyze, and respond to cyber threats across the DHS Enterprise and coordinate with component SOCs.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance, 7+ years in cyber security, and hands-on experience with security monitoring tools like Splunk and Analyst1, plus scripting and threat-hunting capabilities. You will produce actionable threat intelligence and contribute to incident response.

Qualifications

• Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
• BS or MS in IT with 8+ years IT experience.
• 7+ years as Tier III cyber security analyst.
• Experience with host- and network-based security monitoring.
• Develop threat intelligence reports for situational awareness.
• Support incident response and threat hunting activities.
• Familiar with Splunk and Analyst1.
• Strong written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify and investigate high-priority threat campaigns and actors.
• Track cyber threat landscape and TTPs to enhance security posture.
• Support NOSC during incident response and threat hunting activities.
• Research threat actors, tools, infrastructure, and TTPs.
• Correlate intelligence with internal logs and incidents to drive detection.
