Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Modeling and Simulation Engineer to support a DoD client at Hanscom AFB. You will build and analyze models to test system performance, communications, threats, costs, and mission effectiveness.

You will use modeling tools to solve complex technical problems, support digital engineering/MBSE efforts, and brief findings to government and technical teams. This role requires active Top Secret clearance, a engineering degree, and 5+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of engineering experience.
• Modeling and simulation experience.
• Experience with RF, radar, communications, or antenna modeling.
• Experience with tools like STK, AFSIM, Riverbed, or similar.
• MATLAB, Simulink, or C++ experience.
• Strong analysis, technical writing, and briefing skills.
• Digital engineering, Digital Twin, or MBSE experience.
• LVC environment experience.
• Operations research or statistical analysis experience.
• Command and control experience.
• Weapon system or mission-level analysis experience.
• Experience assessing RF performance with software.
