Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in trusts & estates, private client, or wealth planning preferred.
Strong knowledge of estate planning and trust administration documents and processes.
Ability to handle sensitive personal and financial information with discretion.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and revise estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
Assist with trust and estate administration, including probate filings and accountings.
Prepare estate and gift tax returns and related filings.
Coordinate execution ceremonies, notarizations, and document recording.
Maintain client files and track deadlines and workflow.
Serve as a point of contact for clients, advisors, and court personnel.
