Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Permanent Trust and Estates Attorney to join our legal team in New York, handling wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning for a variety of complex matters. You will provide comprehensive counsel and guidance to clients on all aspects of trust and estate law.

The ideal candidate has a JD, at least 3 years of experience, and NY bar admission in good standing. We offer a collaborative, flexible work environment with generous PTO and an excellent benefits package.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a trust and estates attorney.
• Admission to the New York state bar in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning.
• Draft, review, and negotiate estate planning documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex trust and estate matters.
• Represent clients in court and before government agencies as needed.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to deliver high-quality services.
• Stay updated on changes in trust and estate law and inform clients.
