• Experience with trusts and estates; experience handling sophisticated estate/tax matters.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex legal work in trusts and estates.
• Advise fiduciaries and high net-worth clients.
• Draft/review complex estate planning documents and fiduciary accounts.
• Manage outside counsel relationships and provide strategic direction.
