Qualified candidates have about 10 years in Trusts & Estates, strong planning and administration experience, and a track record of independent, client-focused matters.

Qualifications

• Approx. 10 years of substantive Trusts & Estates experience.
• Strong estate planning, drafting, special needs planning, and estate admin background.
• Ability to manage sophisticated client matters independently.
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
• Experience mentoring junior attorneys is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Advise individuals and families on estate planning and related matters.
• Draft and review wills, trusts, and related instruments.
• Manage estate and trust administration from inception to completion.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Mentor and develop associates within the Trust & Estates practice.
• Contribute to the department's strategic growth and management.
• Support business development and client development initiatives.
• Take on increasing leadership responsibilities for the department.
