Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active Bar membership in the relevant state, in good standing.
• 3–5+ years of experience in trusts and estates law.
• Strong drafting and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and client communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and execute estate planning documents, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
• Advise clients on tax-efficient strategies for wealth transfer and asset protection.
• Handle probate and trust administration from start to finish, including court filings, asset inventory, and distributions.
• Collaborate with financial advisors, CPAs, and other professionals to ensure holistic client solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax laws.
• Develop and grow a personal book of business, while contributing to the firm's overall growth.
