• Ability to manage multiple complex cases concurrently.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
• JD degree; active bar membership in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on estate planning, trusts, and probate matters
• Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other related documents
• Advise clients on tax implications and asset protection strategies
• Administer estates and trusts from inception through final distribution
• Represent clients in court proceedings as needed
• Collaborate with financial advisors and other professionals to deliver comprehensive solutions
