Qualifications

CFTA or equivalent trust and wealth designation required.
CPA with fiduciary and individual tax experience.
3–5 years of experience as a Trust Officer or in a comparable role.
Demonstrated experience with high-net-worth individuals and families.
Advanced knowledge of trust and estate administration.
Strong familiarity with the Quad Cities market.
Responsibilities
Serve as fiduciary officer for complex trust and estate accounts.
Administer complex estates and trusts, managing assets and tax returns.
Evaluate discretionary distribution requests and provide fiduciary guidance.
Partner with investment officers to manage and mitigate risks.
Develop new fiduciary and investment relationships in the Quad Cities area.
Collaborate with bank partners to provide integrated client solutions.
