Job summary

Greenleaf Trust Delaware is seeking a seasoned Trust Officer to manage client relationships in roles as trustee, agent, and custodian. You will develop wealth management strategies, educate beneficiaries on trust terms, and coordinate with legal and tax advisors to ensure fiduciary compliance.

The role requires knowledge of estate planning, trust administration, and strong leadership to support a growing Delaware book of business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 7 years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and customer service.
• Experience with client support/wealth management/trust administration.
• Leadership experience developing and motivating others to success.
• Sales experience in a service-related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge in trust/estate planning and tax planning.
• Educate clients and beneficiaries on trust terms and requirements.
• Coordinate with client’s other advisors and report to clients.
• Oversee all account receipts, disbursements, and transfers.
• Lead business development for Delaware and grow referrals.
• Provide back-up to team on programming metrics and skills analyses.
• Coach Delaware Trust Officer and team members for growth.
