SDCBA Resource Hub is seeking a seasoned attorney to lead the firm’s trust administration and probate practice, overseeing matters from intake to resolution and ensuring compliance and efficiency.

The role includes maintaining an independent estate planning practice with autonomy, drafting documents, and managing client relationships. Remote work with Marin County office visits is required; minimum five years’ experience and active CA Bar status are essential.

Qualificações

• At least five years experience independently handling trust administration and probate matters.
• Experience with estate planning, including drafting and reviewing estate planning documents.
• Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of California.
• Ability to manage a substantial caseload with strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Growth mindset.
• Availability to work from Marin County office a few days per month.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage primary trust administration and probate caseload from intake to completion.
• Advise trustees, executors, personal representatives, and beneficiaries on duties and options.
• Manage deadlines and coordinate with clients and professionals to ensure progress.
• Provide leadership to support staff on trust/estate matters.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and client communication.
