Right Executive Search, LLC is assisting a privately held wealth management firm in Houston to recruit a Senior Trust Officer responsible for managing a portfolio of complex trusts with fiduciary focus and no business development duties.

The role emphasizes client and beneficiary relations, coordination with advisors, and meticulous administration in line with governing instruments and regulations. A strong background in high-net-worth trust administration is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of personal trust administration experience for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
• Experience administering sophisticated trust relationships for high-net-worth clients.
• Strong knowledge of trust administration, fiduciary responsibilities, estate planning concepts, and applicable regulations.
• Excellent relationship management, communication, and organizational skills.
• JD or CTFA designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer a portfolio of complex trust accounts for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, beneficiaries, and other interested parties.
• Review trust documents and ensure proper administration per governing instruments and regulations.
• Coordinate with clients' attorneys, CPAs, and advisors on trust matters.
• Assist with onboarding, account acceptance, and transitions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless trust administration.
• Identify and address trust administration issues while upholding fiduciary standards.
