Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Fiduciary account administration in accordance with governing documents, applicable laws, and organizational policies.
• Account oversight: review trust documents, monitor activity, ensure accuracy of transactions and records.
• Client relationship management: primary contact for clients, beneficiaries, and advisors.
• Risk and compliance management: ensure adherence to fiduciary, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Issue resolution: address client requests, including special distributions and fee inquiries.
• Account lifecycle management: oversee openings/closings, asset transfers, and tax reporting coordination.
• Collaboration: work with internal teams and external advisors to support client needs.
• Business development support through referrals and partnerships.
• Process improvement: participate in initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
