Sharp Decisions in New York is seeking a Trust Relationship Manager to administer complex trust and estate portfolios with a focus on compliance and superior client service.

You will expand relationships, cross-sell services, and guide junior staff while upholding risk controls. This hybrid role requires in-office presence three days weekly in NYC and offers a 12-month contract with possible extension.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of proven trust administration experience.
• Strong communication, analytical, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid knowledge of regulations impacting trust responsibilities.
• Proficient with PCs and mainframe systems.
• Knowledge of investments and ability to discuss results with clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive client service and manage complex trust/estate relationships.
• Administer portfolios in line with governing docs and policies.
• Grow fee-based income through cross-selling and referrals.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and governance compliance.
• Coach less experienced staff and participate in governance groups.
• Adhere to risk controls and regulatory standards.
